Conditions for advertising and translation of advertisements - Sales conditions

1. The advertisement placed in the initial language will be on the website within one working day, upon settlement by credit card or bank transfer.
   • the placement of the initial advertisements on line will be done within the next working day
   • the translation in 2 other languages of the initial advertisement and the placement of the advertisements on line will be done within 3 working days.
2. Payments to be made to "EG SERVICES & CONSEILS"
3. Both parties agree that the contract is established as per the validation of the advertisement and will be conform the dispositions of article 1134 of the Code Civil
4. There will be no refund on orders once the advertisement will be published online.
5. Publication period
   The publication period will be limited to 12 months.
6. Limitation in the text description
   The text will be limited to 750 characters
7. Costs: The price for the use of the publication and translation services:

   Private advertisers: 40 Euros (VAT included) per advertisement

8. EG Services & Conseils reserves the right to modify the conditions of sale. Now and again promotional campaigns, limited in time, may be offered.
9. Extension of publication period by 12 months:
   The cost for extension of the publication period by 12 months is 10 Euros (VAT included) per advertisement.
10. For advertisers with a limited experience in placing advertisements on the Internet, we offer the possibility to place the adverts via our editorial staff. The cost for this service is 70 Euros, contact us .
